Potatoes are shipped in two 5 lb. sealed freezer bags. They are placed in a reusable styrofoam cooler with dry ice and then packed in a shipping quality box to ensure that they arrive in good condition.
To guarantee delivery, we must have proper and complete addresses. Sorry, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses. We'll gladly deliver to rural routes with complete addresses and telephone numbers.
Shipping cost is $8.95 in the U.S.
For orders of 2 cases or more shipping is free.
For all orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada add $24.00 + $8.95 per case.
All orders will be shipped in 1 to 2 buiness days of order date and will arrive in 1 to 2 business days after being shipped. All orders are shipped 2nd Day UPS. Please contact us if you need next day air.
To insure the good taste and texture of our potatoes please have them shipped to an address were they can be put directly into the freezer upon arrival. Our shipping drivers are instructed to leave the package on the door step if no one is there to receive it.
If the dry ice is gone when the package arrives don't worry it does not ruin our potato to thaw it out. You can place the partially frozen potato in the refrigerator and it will keep just fine for a few days until you are ready to reheat it. DO NOT refreeze them as this will compromise the good taste and texture.
